Welcome to the newest product in the NRL Hospitality portfolio. An unparalleled experience. Be close to the action. Spectacular glass fronted room. Elite Dining will give you and your guests the most premium hospitality experience available pre, during and post match.
Enjoy first class service and entertainment in the glass fronted Olympians Room. You and your guests will be entertained by some great names of Rugby League whilst you enjoy the finest of locally sourced produce, accompanied by a premium beverage package including spirits.
Then head to your premium Diamond reserved grandstand seating that is directly outside the room to enjoy Australia’s greatest sporting rivalry – Ampol State of Origin!

Investment and how to book:
This Ampol State of Origin Corporate Hospitality package is $1,1318 per person excluding GST ($1,450pp inc GST).
Bookings of 10 will be allocated their own table with signage. Smaller bookings are available on a shared table basis.

Booking Process
Step 1: Enquire on availability
Get in touch to check if your preferred package is available. We’ll confirm availability and answer any initial questions you may have.
Step 2: Confirm booking
We’ll provide you with a booking form to complete. When we receive your form, your booking will be processed. Once you receive a tax invoice from us, your package will be confirmed and secured.
Step 3: Invoicing & payments
You will receive a tax invoice from us for payment. We accept all forms of payment including bank transfer and credit cards. Please note, payment made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express are subject to a 1.9% administration fee. Credit card payments can be made securely online.
Step 4: Pre event management
Once your package has been confirmed and paid, you’ll receive pre-event communications from our events team including an invite template to send to your guests, with a start time.
Step 5: Ticketing and catering
We will contact you for any dietary requirements 10 days prior to the event. Digital tickets will sent to you the week of your event for distribution to your guests.
Step 6: Event day delivery
Your dedicated steward will introduce themselves to you upon arrival. They will take care of every requirement. Should any issues arise, Dynamic staff will be a phone call away to resolve them promptly.

Dress Code
The dress code for NRL State of Origin corporate hospitality is smart casual at a minimum. This means:
Not Acceptable: Men
- Thongs, scuffs, dilapidated footwear, gumboots, moccasins, slippers and ugg boots.
- T-shirts, singlets, torn or ripped clothes, even if “designer” tears.
- Shirts not supported by a collar including crew neck shirts (skivvies are acceptable).
- Football, running, athletic, bike, tennis and board shorts.
- Tracksuit pants.
- Beachwear.
- Overalls.
- Any clothing displaying racist or similarly offensive messages.
Not Acceptable: Women

FAQs
I want to bring my kids. Are they allowed in the functions? Do they need a ticket?
The decision to allow children into an official NRL State of Origin package is at the NRL's discretion. Under no circumstances are they to consume alcohol. Your account manager can provide more information. They may be required to pay the full rate of the package.
We have a guest who is Coeliac/Vegetarian/other special dietary requirement. Can you organise this?
Yes, we can arrange for guests with dietary requirements. This must be disclosed at least 10 days prior to the event to ensure the caterers can accommodate the request.
Can I bring signage or branding into the function?
Please check with your account manager. There are restrictions on what can be brought into the MCG.
Can I bring food and beverages from outside function space?
No food and beverages can be brought from outside the stadium, or from publicly available outlets inside the stadium. If you have a special request, for example a birthday cake, please ask your account manager.
