Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to a number of questions that we get asked on a regular basis regarding our State of Origin Corporate Hospitality packages.

Can I use these packages as a sales incentive or trade promotion?

In accordance with the NRL ticketing terms and conditions, tickets and hospitality packages must not be used to enhance the demand for other goods and services in the market.

This includes social media use, website, print or other media, trade incentives or other marketing in the wider marketplace.

If the packages were used internally through your company and its partners and not publically advertised such as staff incentives, reward for loyality, this may be ok.

I want to by a general admission ticket to State of Origin. Do you sell them?

No.

We are an agent for the NRL Hospitality program and do not provide ticket-only options.

How do I buy tickets for State of Origin in Brisbane?

Tickets are a premium for State of Origin in Brisbane.  The only way to access a ticket-only is to join the thousands of League fans who wait for the Ticketek Sale which generally occurs in February / March each year.  Match Tickets are restricted to a maximum of 6 per booking.

If you are looking for more than 6 tickets, an official hospitality package is your best way to secure your group to Queensland’s Premier Sporting Event.  With tables of 10 or even packages for 2-8 people being available, you can ensure your package prior to general tickets being sold out.

Where are the seats for my package?

The seating for all packages are in a variety of locations around the stadiums.

We have provided maps for the majority of packages listed on this website. Some packages, such as Suites and Boxes, have no maps. Your sales representative will be able to advise location upon request.

Your Hospitality provider should be able to tell you where the seats are for each package. If they cannot, or if it is different to what is on this website, please call us to let us know, it is likely you are dealing with an unlicensed provider, and you run the risk of your tickets being cancelled.

Why aren't my seats right on half way?

Tickets are allocated by the NRL and QRL and are the best available Corporate Seating. State of Origin Sponsors, NRL Sponsors, Special Guests, Suncorp and ANZ Stadium Members and other entities are often given priority in terms of ticket allocation

Can you accommodate dietary requirements such as Coeliac?

Yes, we are more than happy to arrange special dietary requirements. They are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

What are the payment terms?

We have 2 distinct payment terms. Upon receipt of the booking form, we will provide and invoice that can be paid 100% within 7 days or you have the option to pay 50% within 7 days, balance due no later than 12 weeks prior to your first event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a booking form is received, you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

We try to assist our clients if there circumstances change, however once a commitment is made via a booking form, the package is confirmed and cancellation is not possible.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to an event. From time to time, delays in receiving tickets from the NRL may shorten this time frame. We will endeavour to advise on any delays.
